Find out what to expect and how to prepare for your brow or lash appointment.

- What is a lash lift?: A lash lift curls and lifts your own lashes for a more open, defined look. It enhances your natural lashes without adding extensions.
- What is brow waxing and shaping?: We remove unwanted brow hairs with wax and shape your brows to complement your face.
- What is brow and lash tinting?: A semi-permanent tint adds colour and definition to brow or lash hairs. The effect usually lasts several weeks, depending on natural hair growth.
- How should I prepare for my lash appointment?: Come without makeup or contact lenses, and with lash extensions removed. Avoid waterproof mascara for 2–3 days beforehand, and lash curlers and lash serum for 48 hours before your appointment.
- How soon can I book another lash lift?: Allow at least six weeks after your previous lash lift before booking another.
- What aftercare should I follow?: Keep your lashes dry for 24–48 hours after treatment, following your appointment instructions. It can help to wash your hair before you come in.
