What is dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses a specific surgical blade that is designed to glide across the skins surface to remove any dead skin cells alongside removing peach fuzz. This gentle treatment reveals a fresh, healthy and glowing complexion. Dermaplaning is suitable for all skin types and is an excellent treatment to get rid of dead skin cells to promote healthy skin and improve texture. Depending on your skin, we typically recommend this skin treatment every 2-4 weeks to maintain the many benefits.

Who can have dermaplaning?

Recommended for all skin types except those with active acne.

How is dermaplaning done?

Using a scalpel and delicate touch, the technician simply abrades the surface of the skin using light feathering strokes.

This treatment is perfect for clients who wish to have a deep exfoliation, but are not allowed or happy to use peeling agents on the skin. It is also amazing for those who have excess vellus hair on the skin. Your make-up goes on like a dream after a treatment.
